If its author had been able to complete it... it would have surpassed others, as it is unique in its content, even the leading late jurists like the researcher Ahmed ibn Hajar Al-Haytami Al-Makki Al-Shafi'i prayed at the end of his explanation of the introduction that Allah make it easy for him to complete it, as a supplement to what he found, an explanation for all, and a commentary on everything. This is because of the distinguished features of this 'Introduction,' which elevated it to the sky of perfection and quality, and it was characterized by careful selection of what is relied upon in the school of thought. This, the revelation of, and among the most important of what has been written about it in terms of commentaries, and the finest adornment of this 'Introduction' is the explanation by the talented scholar Ba'ashin, called 'Bashri Al-Karim.' It is of great importance due to its distinguished features, highlighting the benefits of this 'Concise' work, and presenting its advantages in a clear and elegant manner, adorned with explanations and adorned with the beauty of clarity and precision. This was one of the greatest proofs of the correctness of the scholars' saying: 'What the first left for the last,' and their saying: 'No book is enough without another.' Whoever reflects with understanding and skill on this beneficial explanation will find the wisdom of Yemen and authentic jurisprudence clearly and distinctly embodied in its pages. This is because the explainer — may Allah reward him abundantly and envelop his grave with showers of mercy — took care to simplify the jurisprudential issues in language far from complexity, away from deficiency and length, free from the stigma of filler, often referring to evidence or restricting reasoning to help students of knowledge understand the sources of the jurists, the evidences of scholars, and the paths of the mujtahids. 'Bashri Al-Karim' was previously printed in a regular edition that was subject to distortion, and it was affected by printing errors and misprints. Therefore, the book and the students of knowledge both needed a new, revised, and verified edition that would correct those errors and rectify the misprints. Dar Al-Manhaj undertook this task, bringing in three authenticated handwritten copies, some written during the author's time and others after. A group of students at the center compared the manuscripts and corrected the text of the book in a way that reassures the hearts of students of knowledge and absolves the burden. Praise be to Allah first and last.
