Book summary The book: The Noble Aim from the rulings of fasting Author: Ahmed bin Abdul Aziz Al-Sulaiman Al-Hamdān Brief about the book: The author said: I sought help from Allah, and I consulted Him in producing what I have gathered of rulings that are frequently asked about, and I wrote them as they were recited to me, in a question and answer format, except that I simplified it in my opinion, and added to it some matters I see important. I extracted these rulings, attributed them to those who stated them, and included what is flawed in them and what is agreed upon in the trusted books of differing jurisprudence, which I read in the books of many scholars, including Zakat al-Fitr, fasting, and I'tikaf, as the rulings of these acts of worship are what are most asked about during this month. I was keen to cite the hadiths and آثار (sayings or reports) that I mention in this message, so that the reader is aware of the evidence and its authenticity, and I relied on what the imams of hadith said about them, and on trusted books of citation. I also reviewed the rulings with scholars to ensure their correctness, so I am confident in what I mention. In most cases, I aimed to attribute each ruling to the imams who adopted it, so that the reader is aware of what is consensus and what is different.
