Sheikh Abdullah Al-Fawzan, may Allah guide him, in the explanation of Al-Tashil, volume 5/1, authored by: Badr al-Din Muhammad bin Ali bin Muhammad Asba Silar Al-Ba'li (died: 778 AH). Explanation: Sheikh Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Fawzan. Printed by Dar Ibn Al-Jawzi. First edition 1433 AH. 2570 pages - artistic binding - Shamua paper. Brief about the book "Fiqh Al-Daleel in the Explanation of Al-Tashil" in jurisprudence according to the Hanbali school of Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal 5/1 - Saleh Al-Fawzan: This book is considered among the introductions to the summaries of Hanbali jurisprudence, and the author relied in it on the most correct opinion in the school, mentioning disagreements only in a few issues, where he cited another narration in the school, such as in the chapter of congregational prayer and the book of Zakat, among others. Scholars praised this book, and everyone who translated for Al-Ba'li mentioned it because of its concise language and the benefits it contains, which are not found in other lengthy works, as stated by Al-‘Ilami and others like Ibn Al-Imad. Although the author, like others, benefited from those before him in phrasing expressions and arranging books and chapters, it becomes clear from explaining the book and analyzing its wording that it has the following advantages: 1. It combines brevity with ease of expression, clarity of meaning, and good phrasing. 2. His tendency towards conciseness and leaving out details found in other summaries, such as Zād Al-Mustaqni‘ in the summary of Al-Muqni‘, and among the concise features is that he combined some chapters under one title, especially in the chapter of sales, but the commentator separated them during explanation into independent chapters to make it clearer for the reader. 3. He chose better phrases in some chapters than many Hanbali authors, especially in chapters of worship, indicating his precision in expression. 4. He generally pairs similar issues together in the chapter that suits them, which indicates his broad knowledge and strong memory. 5. The commentator presented issues mentioned by other authors of summaries, and perhaps the file omitted them due to the lack of authentic evidence for them.
