Water, its types, and its effect on Islamic legal rulings

Mazen Mohammed Eissa Introduction Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate, Master of the Day of Judgment, the God of the first and the last, and the ultimate success belongs to the righteous. There is no aggression except against the oppressors. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, may Allah bless him, and upon his family and companions altogether, and upon those who follow their path until the Day of Judgment. To proceed: One of Allah’s blessings, His grace, and His success is that He made it easy for me to complete my studies and finish my education. I ask Him for more. "And say: My Lord, increase me in knowledge" [Taha: 114]. And I praise Him, سبحانه, for making it easy for me to choose the topic of my thesis, which I hope will be beneficial and useful, touching on the needs of Muslims and bringing them closer to the doors of knowledge and jurisprudence in religion, titled "Water and Its Effect on Islamic Legal Rulings." The importance of the topic is evident in matters: 1. The urgent need of people to understand the rulings related to various types of water: Water has categories and types, including pure water, clean water, and impure water. These include rainwater, seawater, well water, and river water. Among them are blessed waters like Zamzam water, and others that are corrupted, such as the waters of the wells of the people of Thamud. There are also waters whose ruling is more complex, such as the sunlit water and hot water.
