Comment by the scholar Muhammad Taqi al-Din al-Hilali - may Allah have mercy on him - about his book:
I am now composing a book, called The Path of Guidance, if Allah makes it easy to complete and publish, it will suffice every sincere believer from other books of admonition, so I pray to Allah to help me complete it and publish it.
He also said: This is a great blessing from Allah that I have wished for from Allah Almighty for decades.
And he - may Allah have mercy on him - said:
I have vowed to Allah to call to His monotheism and the Sunnah of His Prophet ﷺ, wherever I am, and this is the most important goal in my life.
Calling to Allah.
They said about the author: Sheikh ibn Baz used to say about Sheikh Muhammad Taqi al-Din al-Hilali, may Allah have mercy on them:
My sheikh in monotheism.
And the scholar al-Albani considered al-Hilali among five people whom he had never seen like them in knowledge and investigation.
He said about him:
About Sheikh Hammad al-Ansari, may Allah have mercy on him:
He was of Salafi creed; if you saw his book on monotheism – meaning The Path of Guidance – you would know that he does not know of any monotheism in the Quran like it.
And he also said:
In truth, I have not met a man who contains such extensive knowledge in many sciences like Dr. al-Hilali, and now fifty-five years have passed since I saw anyone like him.
Sheikh Abdulaziz ibn Baz, may Allah have mercy on him:
And our brother Dr. Muhammad Taqi al-Din al-Hilali from Morocco is of this type – referring to the renewers – who call to monotheism, care for the Salafi creed, and warn against superstitions and false beliefs.
He said about him:
The scholar Muhib al-Din al-Khatib:
Al-Hilali is among our virtuous ones whose virtue has been unanimously recognized by the East and West, Arabs and non-Arabs, Muslims and non-Muslims.
He is in Hejaz a fire with knowledge, fame, and virtue...
So Professor al-Hilali is a global man, broad-minded, aware of the conditions of the East and West.
Sheikh Abdulhamid ibn Badis, may Allah have mercy on him:
For the West African son, a distinguished scholar, descended from the Banu Hilal, born in the Far Maghreb, is the scholar Professor Muhammad Taqi al-Din al-Hilali, a teacher in India.
This professor has a great reformist scientific reputation in the East, with resonant articles in his newspapers.
