The jurisprudential differences between the domesticated cattle

Abdullah Al-Saadi Research Methodology I followed the scientific methodology in writing the book as follows: First: I collected the jurisprudential differences related to the research topic. Second: I studied the jurisprudential issues related to the two questions of difference through a comparative jurisprudential study between the four Imams' schools, mentioning the agreed-upon point if any, then stating the opinions in the issue, followed by each opinion with its evidence, and then the preference in the issue. Third: I relied on the main books of the school to attribute each opinion to each school. Fourth: I arranged the opinions in chronological order of the jurisprudential schools. Fifth: For the issue in which I did not mention an opinion from any school, I did not find for them an opinion in the issue according to my knowledge. Sixth: I clarified the commonality between the two questions of difference. Seventh: I explained the difference between the two issues and indicated the strength or weakness of each in the preferred opinion. Eighth: I attributed the Quranic verses to their places in the Mushaf, with their writing in the Uthmani script. Ninth: I extracted the hadiths mentioned in the research; if the hadith is in the two Sahihs or one of them, I sufficed with it, and if not in the two Sahihs, I extracted it from other books of Sunnah, with an explanation of the ruling on the hadith based on the words of scholars. Tenth: I attributed the narrations mentioned in the research to their sources. Eleventh: I explained the jurisprudential terms and strange words appearing in the research. Twelfth: I translated the scholars mentioned in the research, except for the Companions and the four Imams, due to their fame, so they do not need explanation. Thirteenth: I prepared scientific indexes according to what was included in the research plan.
