Objection to Violations Service

We assist establishments in submitting electronic objection requests against violations, including preparing the objection, completing the required information, and fulfilling the necessary requirements in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.

The service includes:

• Reviewing the violation details.
• Preparing and drafting the objection request.
• Submitting the objection electronically.
• Following up on the request status.

Service Fee:

SAR 150 submission fee.

If the objection is accepted, a success fee of 25% of the violation amount will apply.

Submitting an objection does not guarantee its acceptance. The decision is subject to the competent authority.
