Yemeni rue herb

Al-Waras is a plant from which a yellowish-orange powder is extracted, often collected from the flowers or leaves of certain plants (especially in hot areas like Yemen and the south of the Arabian Peninsula). The benefits of the herb Al-Waras are believed to have several advantages, including: for the skin: helps in lightening the skin and reducing pigmentation and melasma, and is used as a natural mask. Anti-inflammatory: traditionally used to treat some skin inflammations. Antibacterial and antifungal: used to treat some skin diseases such as itching. For hair strengthening: sometimes included in mixtures to nourish the scalp. Method of use externally: mixed with water or rose water and applied as a mask on the skin. Internally: in some cultures, used in very small doses, but this requires extreme caution.
