Foliar fertilizers: We focus on this fertilization method to deliver trace elements, especially iron and boron, to the plant, particularly when soil problems hinder the absorption of these elements. 4- Irrigation: Several considerations are taken into account, most importantly the type of plant and the size of the container. 5- Prevention and control: 1- We take preventive measures against pests and diseases by constantly inspecting the plants, especially during the usual infestation seasons, according to insect life cycles or climate changes, and applying necessary preventive spraying according to scientifically studied programs prepared in advance. 2- In case of pest or disease infection, we immediately undertake the necessary control measures, depending on the nature of the pest or disease, using effective, modern pesticides. 3- During spraying, we adhere to health protocols, such as workers wearing masks, and use plant-specific pesticides that do not have unpleasant odors or negative effects on humans. 6- Replacing the soil mixture: We change the soil mixture annually or biennially, using high-quality soil mixes. The price for duplex villas does not exceed 40 square meters. If there are additional spaces, the site will be inspected, and the appropriate price will be determined (i.e., if larger areas are present, the amount paid here will be deducted from the new price).
