Do not use Desloratadine if you are allergic to Desloratadine or any other ingredients of this medication. Precautions and warnings Talk to your doctor, pharmacist, or nurse before taking Desloratadine: • If you have kidney impairment • If you have a medical or family history of seizures Possible side effects Stop using the product and seek immediate medical care if you experience throat tightness, swelling of the eyes, face, lips, or tongue, or if you feel faint or have difficulty breathing. Stop using the product if you experience hives or itching on the face or body. How to use Desloratadine Always take this medication exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure. Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and above. The recommended dose is one tablet once daily with water, with or without food. This medication is for oral use. Swallow the tablet whole. How to store Desloratadine Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use this medication after the expiration date printed on the carton and blister pack after EXP. The expiration date refers to the last day of the same month. This medication does not require any special storage conditions.
