Usage instructions: For adults and children over 11 years old, take one tablet daily with water. Dose: One tablet daily with food, preferably in the morning with breakfast, with a full glass of water or as directed by your doctor. If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is time for the next dose. Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for the missed dose. Storage instructions for Centrum with Lutein tablets Store at temperatures below 25°C. Do not refrigerate the medication. Keep this medication out of sight and reach of children. It should be stored in the original container to protect it from moisture. Do not use this medication after the expiration date printed on the container/strip/label. The expiration date refers to the last day of the month.
