The normal dose — unless your doctor has indicated otherwise — is: Initially, take one capsule of Ligalone Forte 3 times daily. The capsules should be taken whole with some fluids before meals. If signs of jaundice (pale or dark yellow skin coloration, yellowing of the whites of the eyes) appear, you should consult a doctor. No studies or research have been conducted for use of this medication with children. Therefore, it should not be used with children under 12 years old. Ingredients: Each capsule contains: 173 - 186 mg of dried extract of (Carob plant) (36 - 1:44) equivalent to 140 mg of silymarin, calculated as silibinin. Extract: Ethyl acetate 96.7%.
