Selecta 2.5 mg tablets

Selicta 2.5 mg tablets contain the active ingredient Bisoprolol, and are used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure. It helps improve heart performance and reduce symptoms associated with increased blood pressure or weakened heart muscle, and can be used alone or in combination with other medications as recommended by the doctor. Active ingredient (Selicta 2.5 mg): Bisoprolol Indications for use: High blood pressure alone or in combination with other medications. Heart failure to improve heart function and reduce associated symptoms. Contraindications: Allergy to any component of the medication. Cardiogenic shock, obvious heart failure, noticeable sinus bradycardia. Heart block greater than first degree (except for patients with an artificial pacemaker). Possible side effects: Diarrhea, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, headache. Nausea, insomnia, unusual weakness, general fatigue. Precautions: Elderly over 80 years, kidney and liver function decline. Congenital heart diseases and heart valve diseases, acute angina, peripheral artery diseases. Asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes. Pregnancy: not recommended for pregnant women, breastfeeding: preferably avoided. Drug interactions: Not used with: Popyvacaine, Reserpine, Guanethidine, Disopyramide, Flacinide, Diltiazem, Verapamil, Cimetidine, Digoxin, Mefloquine, Clonidine, Insulin. All medications and supplements should be reported to the doctor before use. Dosing and administration: High blood pressure: 2.5–5 mg daily as advised by the doctor, can be increased to 10 mg, with a maximum of 20 mg. Heart failure: 1.25–10 mg daily as recommended by the doctor. Dosage forms: Tablets: 2.5, 5, 10 mg (Bisoprolol). Storage conditions: Store at 20–25°C, away from moisture and heat.
