Aflon Afukom ointment 30g Ingredients: Mometasone furate. Mometasone is used topically to reduce redness, swelling, itching, inflammation, and discomfort from various skin conditions, including psoriasis (a skin disease characterized by red, scaly patches on some areas of the body) and eczema (a skin disease that causes the skin to be dry, itchy, and sometimes develop red, scaly rash). It works by activating natural substances in the skin to reduce swelling, redness, and itching. Mometasone is one of the topical corticosteroid medications. It is known as a "strong corticosteroid." These medications are applied to the skin surface to reduce redness and itching caused by some skin problems. It is used to prevent skin irritation and to reduce skin redness, itching, and dryness caused by eczema. Usage instructions: Apply as directed by the doctor, usually a thin layer of the medication on the affected area once daily. Gently rub in. Do not cover the treated area with bandages or other dressings unless instructed by your doctor. Wash and dry your hands, then squeeze the appropriate amount. Spread the cream or ointment in a thin layer over the irritated skin area. Carefully smooth it onto your skin in the direction of hair growth.
