eSUN TPU-95A Orange 3D Printing Filament 1.75mm 1kg
109ر.س
Product description
eSUN TPU-95A Orange is a flexible thermoplastic polyurethane filament for FDM 3D printing, with a 1.75mm diameter, 1kg net weight and Shore 95A hardness. It combines elasticity, toughness, wear resistance, tear resistance and elastic recovery, making it suitable for flexible prototypes, protective components and parts designed for repeated bending and movement.
⭐ eSUN TPU-95A offers a balanced combination of flexibility, toughness, wear and tear resistance and shape recovery after bending, with Shore 95A hardness suitable for a variety of flexible applications.
Compatible with FDM printers supporting flexible Shore 95A TPU, 1.75mm filament and nozzle temperatures up to 250°C, including suitable printers from:
✅ Bambu Lab ✅ Creality ✅ Prusa ✅ Anycubic ✅ ELEGOO ✅ Other Brand
🔹 Bambu Lab: Direct external-spool feeding is recommended. AMS Lite and AMS 2 Pro do not support standard flexible TPU 95A.
🔹 Creality: CFS and CFS Lite do not support flexible TPU 95A. Use a suitable printer with direct filament feeding.
🔹 Anycubic: ACE Pro and ACE 2 Pro do not support feeding TPU 95A for model printing through the systems. Drying is supported as documented, while printing uses the printer's external spool holder.
🔹 Prusa: A short, direct feeding path is preferred for flexible TPU. MMU3 compatibility should not be assumed.
📦 Product Information

🔹 Filament Diameter: 1.75mm.
🔹 Net Weight: 1kg.
🔹 Spool Type: Plastic spool.
⭐ Why Choose eSUN TPU-95A?
🔹 Shore 95A hardness offers a balance of flexibility and shape retention for parts requiring bending and elastic movement.
🔹 Good elasticity and rebound resilience help printed components recover their original shape after deformation.
🔹 Wear, tear and cut resistance support applications involving repeated movement and friction.
🔹 Toughness and impact resistance help produce flexible protective parts suitable for regular handling.
🔹 Stable extrusion is achievable with suitable flexible-filament feeding equipment and correct printing settings.
🔹 Orange features a bright, warm and saturated orange tone with a slight apricot appearance, suitable for creative models, accessories and colorful flexible components.
⚙️ Recommended Printing Settings
🌡️ Nozzle Temperature: 220–250°C.
🛏️ Bed Temperature: 45–60°C.
💨 Cooling Fan: 100%.
🏃 Print Speed: Up to 100 mm/s.
💡 Printing Recommendations and Usage Conditions
🔹 Drying for improved printing: 55°C for more than 4 hours according to eSUN recommendations.
🔹 After prolonged storage, eSUN recommends drying at 60°C for more than 8 hours before reuse.
🔹 A direct-drive extruder with a short, low-resistance filament path is recommended.
🔹 Start with the slower 20–50 mm/s range documented in the TDS, and reduce speed further when required for remote filament feeding.
🔹 Appropriate supports are recommended for overhangs and bridges because flexible materials can be more difficult to print unsupported.
🔹 After prolonged printing, eSUN recommends using cleaning filament when necessary to remove accumulated nozzle residue.
🔹 TPU is hygroscopic. Keep the filament dry in an airtight container or sealed bag with desiccant.

🍽️ Food Contact and Safety
🔹 Yes, TPU-95A material passed the extractives tests under FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 within the specified test conditions.
🔹 Passing material testing does not automatically establish the food-contact safety of every finished 3D-printed object. Printing hygiene, processing and intended use must also be considered.
🔹 eSUN lists SDS, REACH and RoHS documents for TPU-95A, and an SGS report confirms that the tested sample passed EN 71-3 requirements.
