⚙️ Recommended Build Plate Settings
🔹 PLA: Bed temperature 45–65°C; glue is generally not required on either side.
🔹 PETG: Bed temperature 60–80°C; use glue on Smooth PEI. Glue is generally not required on Textured PEI.
🔹 TPU: Bed temperature 35–45°C; use glue on both sides as a release layer to protect the PEI surfaces.
🔹 PVA: Bed temperature 45–60°C; use glue on Smooth PEI. Glue is generally not required on Textured PEI.
🔹 Maximum A1 Mini heatbed temperature: 80°C.
🔹 Nozzle temperature and printing speed depend on the filament and the selected Bambu Studio profile.
💡 Installation and Maintenance Recommendations
🔹 Select the appropriate build plate type in Bambu Studio before printing.
🔹 Align the plate with the rear locating points on the magnetic heatbed and ensure it sits flat.
🔹 Regularly clean with warm water and dish detergent, then dry thoroughly.
🔹 Avoid fingerprints and oily residue, which can reduce first-layer adhesion.
🔹 Never use Acetone, as it can damage the PEI coating.
🔹 Allow the plate to cool before removing prints. Avoid sharp tools that may scratch the surface.
🔹 ABS, ASA, PC and PA are not recommended for the A1 Mini printer.
