Half and quarter cuts without head and without liver. You can request the liver as a special request with the halves or quarters from the options below. Choose the type of head skinning as you like, from the bottom skinning or shalouta. We provide cooking for whole, half, and quarter slaughter with the number of plates you want. You can request cooking from the options below or leave it if you do not want cooking. Cleanliness is our priority, and the taste that pleases your heart is with us.
