When pouring water, make sure to distribute the water well without touching the filter

in installments, as follows:

The first batch: 40 ml of water - wetting for 30 seconds, and this is the essence of our brand

Second batch: 200 ml slow pour

Third installment: 300 ml at 1:45

Total 300ml. Extraction finished in 2:30 - 2:40 minutes
