The Rocket Espresso R9 One Espresso Machine consists of an infuser group head, steel double boilers, programmable pressure systems and programmable doses. All of these features give you the same quality you'll find on any commercial espresso machine, but with the difference that a professional barista isn't required. You will be the barista whenever you want.

Properties:

Steel Double Boilers - Double boilers deliver consistent doses one after the other. Stainless steel is durable, long lasting and also reduces leaching, increasing the life of the machine. Each boiler has a capacity of 1.9 liters for distillation and 3.6 liters for steam.

Pressure profiles : enable the user to fully control the pressure pump during the extraction stage, and the machine can be programmed to five different pressure systems and can be used manually.

PID Temperature Control - This feature enables the user to manually set the boiler temperature.

Saturated group head - essentially surrounded by an extended part of the boiler. That is, it heats up faster than the heads of the E61 series, and moreover, it is more accurate in maintaining the set temperature.

Dosing by Volume - Allows you to program the exact amount of water used to prepare the espresso shot.

Auto Timing - Easily set the machine to wake up at a time that suits you to brew the perfect cup of coffee in the morning. You can program up to two heat cycles for each day of the week.
