The paddle group head unique to the GS3 features a dedicated pressure gauge, which displays group pressure in real time to allow pre-hydration and pressure profiling. Inside the kit is a conical valve that opens when you turn the paddle from right to left, allowing you to restrict the flow as you like. Water and excess pressure are directed into the drip tray.

Temperature stability with two PID . controllers

Each stainless steel boiler has a Proportional Integral Differential (PID) controller, this allows the home brewer to manually change the boiler temperature. This ensures that your cup is always made to order, at your preferred temperature.

Two stainless steel kettles

The two boilers allow you to brew coffee and steam at the same time. Thanks to the 1.5 liter coffee brewing boiler and the 3.5 liter steam boiler, the La Marzocco machine specifically performs every function consistently in terms of steaming and pressure to brew the coffee.

Milk burn-resistant steaming wand

The steaming wand is made with two walls to reduce the temperature with the surface in contact with the milk to prevent it from burning while steaming for a perfect result. The name may sound a bit reassuring, but we advise you to be careful not to touch the steaming wand right after you've brewed the coffee because it will still be hot for some time.

Saturated Preparation Group

The water is evenly distributed across the brew group, resulting in a more consistent pre-pumping and extraction rate, reducing the possibility of manifolds and water pressure imbalances during the extraction process.
