ELEGANT DESIGN - Designed by Doriana and Massimilianor Bonsas, The Theresia is an espresso machine for the coffee connoisseur at home, on the go or in the office. The machine body is made of stainless steel. The steel is processed by experienced craftsmen who, after laser cutting the metal, fold the material 112 times, the result of the final project being one of the most elegant machines.

T3 Technology - means that the barista can set a temperature for each group with three different temperature parameters: water in combination, steam and conduction group. The machine does the rest: digital pressure and temperature sensors instantly send information to the control unit, which through three independent PIDs actively manages each variable.

HEES Technology - is a new extraction system, the High Efficiency Extraction System (HEES). HEES enhances the aroma of every coffee blend in the cup as it transfers all the fine, creamy textures directly through the new extraction system. The repeatability of the results and the persistence of the cream are the main advantages of this technology that corrects pressure errors arising from an inexperienced hand, ensuring a perfect espresso.

LED display - Teresa "talks" to the barista and shares all the information provided by the T3 systems. The TFT display provides the user with all real-time data to help deliver the best possible espresso, electronic temperature adjustment, grind check, shot time, on/off programming and maintenance programming.

PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) - PID technology allows the brewer to monitor and manipulate temperatures via the LCD screen in just a few clicks to a very precise degree and gives the barista more control over the brewing process.

SIS (Soft Infusion System) - The SIS system ensures that a smooth and creamy espresso is extracted every time, it does this by monitoring the pressure in the system and gradually increasing this pressure as the extraction continues, a very important process when you are looking for the best possible cup.

SMART FUNCTIONS - The Theresia coffee machine embodies great technology in its compact size, independent regulation of the brewing group, boiler water and steam temperature as well as adjustable dose amount and pre-infusion time ensure excellent extractions and consistency, the system reduces energy consumption while managing heating for energy-saving components.

COOL STEAMING NOZZLE - The steam nozzle features a patented "cold touch" design which, in addition to ensuring greater safety against the irritating possibility of burns, also ensures easy cleaning (and significantly reduces milk scale formation).

Teflon Filter Holder - Special holder with Teflon coating provides superior cleaning, keeping the aroma of coffee in your cup.
