Product description

Ethiopian coffee holds a special place in our hearts. The climate, altitude, the fertile land of Ethiopia and the dried method of processing are all factors that distinguish this coffee from others and we saw that in our visits to the coffee plantations there, and how the Ethiopian people are proud of their coffee through the slogan “Coffee, Ethiopia’s gift to the world” referring to the story of the discovery of coffee from its homeland there. This coffee is grown in the plots of Warka farmers who benefit from the recommendations of cultivation, picking and purification from the export center that we are proud to work with for several years, and the coffee constitutes for them an additional source of income for the family and for personal use as well.

The farmers in that community select only the ripened cherries from the coffee, and they are dried naturally on beds known as African beds. Stir carefully and carefully every day for consistent drying. Cherry kernels are sometimes covered at different times of the day to protect them from heat and rain. This process is carried out according to the global mechanisms adopted to maintain the quality of coffee, then it is packed tightly and sent to us with our safe bags supported by an internal protective layer against the impurities of shipping and storage, roasted for you with love in our roasters in Riyadh

Because this coffee is full of flavors, it is suitable for different methods of preparation in which silky spectra of flavors that mimic red fruits such as strawberries, watermelon and berries emerge, and the longer the period between roasting and using it, the more clear these flavors will be.
