The MDG on-demand grinder is the latest addition to Simonelli's line of professional grinders. Combining some of the latest silent technology with massive 75mm burrs gives this grinder unprecedented grinding speed without all the noise. MDG also includes Simonelli's latest electronic display, making it simple and intuitive to use.

Features:

Quiet - MDJ features a new system for arranging the mechanical part inside the grinder body, based on the use of special "shock absorbers" that isolate the engine, resulting in reduced noise sounds.

Micrometric Regulation - This feature regulates grain size with pinpoint accuracy using flat 75mm burrs.

Portafilter Holder - The new portafilter hook makes your job easier! Which means you can get busy with other things during the grinding process.

Solid - The MDJ is made with a reinforced aluminum body, which makes the machine strong and durable.

75mm Stainless Steel Flat Blades - This grinder comes standard with flat steel blades allowing the ability to grind up to 680kg of coffee before replacing the blades.

TRANSPARENT COFFEE BEANS GRINDER - A large 1.6kg bowl means you can grind more coffee beans before refilling.

Barista Modes - Allows dose adjustments for all three individual dose buttons, without having to enter programming mode.

MULTI-FUNCTIONAL LCD DISPLAY - With this LCD display you can adjust the dose and position of the grinder in a number of barista grinding settings, and you can also lock the grinder so that the settings cannot be changed.

.

The on-demand MDJ grinder comes with a coffee meter, a stepless grind setting for a finer grind, and an adjustable portafilter holder. It also has programmable dosing options. The unit also comes with a pill stop gate.
