Properties:
Thermal siphon system - This system keeps the water flowing from the boiler to the brew group and is an essential component to keeping the group head warm so it is always ready for espresso. In addition, it helps to easily empty the ground coffee beans in the disc after use.
Heated E61 Primer Head - The E61 head is the standard among brew headers. And because the E61 head is common to most commercial machines, you're guaranteed to get even cups of espresso warm every time. And if your espresso machine doesn't have an E61 head, it probably won't merit your attention.
Double Boiler - Synchronica has two boilers, one for brewing and one for steaming, so you can prepare cups and steam milk at the same time, and allows you to use the machine efficiently and without any obstacles. With independent temperature control, you can adjust the boiler to the ideal temperature to allow your chosen roasted coffee to shine.
PID Temperature Control - More precise than a mechanical pressure switch, the built-in PID feature gives you easy control of temperature changes with your machine.
Joystick Handles - Joystick valves deliver steam and hot water and open and close instantly. Simply press the steam valve when the milk has reached the ideal temperature and the valve will close with a spring action. The non-pressure valves are extremely durable and easy to maintain.
Water sensor - the water level control panel cuts off the power circuit if the water level is low by means of a microprocessor that automatically controls the water level in the water tank and boiler. The low water level warning will tell you when to refill. Please note: Mineral water must be used for proper operation.
M brewing time timer - The Synchronica has a timer to measure brewing time since the pump has been turned on. This information is very useful to operate the espresso grinder at the optimum settings for 25 seconds for a 45ml cup and also to ensure consistency.
Advantages:
Possibility to switch between water stocks - The Synchronica can draw water from its 3 liter tank or it can be connected directly to the water line for constant water supply according to your kitchen design. It is equipped with a switch to select your preferred water source located behind the drip tray.

Anti-scald Steam Wand - The steam wand is made with two walls to reduce the temperature with the surface in contact with the milk to prevent it from burning while steaming for a perfect result. The name may sound a bit reassuring, but we advise you to be careful not to touch the steaming wand right after you've brewed the coffee because it will still be hot for some time.
