Zuzuiko - Mexico 250g

This Mexican coffee is double fermented and then dried on the bed. It is grown in the Pueblo region of Witzlan. It grows at an altitude of 1,300 meters on the Zuzuico farm, which is maintained by the Carlos Cambio family. It is from the family of Qarnica.

It also won the Elite Cup 2017 and 2019 auction and was the share of strains.

This coffee features notes of grapes, dried mango and complex layers of red fruits with moderate acidity and high sweetness.
