For many years, Colombia was the world's premier producer of washed coffee. Colombian coffee is among the most well-known and most dynamic in the world, with multiple growing regions whose distinct and continuing crowd-pleasing profiles reflect the different microclimates found in this large country. We source our coffee from a range of these growing regions, and are looking for a cup that has a nice balance of sweetness, fruity aromas, and a base of cocoa and/or toffee.
