The cherries come from the Irgachevi Idedi region and from the farms of Birtukan Haili and Putu Gelcha. Mother-in-law and daughter-in-law Birtukan Hailey and Putu Kelcha contribute to the coffee production process from harvesting to processing. They treat coffee with love and care like a child. They are mountain women toiling and hard working like their ancestors from raising to harvesting coffee and many other things. In this community, only ripe cherries are picked from the coffee, and dried naturally on beds known as African beds. They are carefully and carefully purified every day. Cherry kernels are sometimes covered at different times of the day to protect them from heat and rain. This process is carried out in accordance with the approved global mechanisms to maintain the quality of coffee. It is then transferred to a dry coffee grinder to get rid of the husks and to sort and purify the coffee beans. Then it is packaged tightly, sent to us, and presented to you in our secure bags that are backed by an inner protective layer. The value of coffee contributes to helping women in society and helping them to overcome the difficulties they face.
