Product description
Zepeedio abandoned the main road to save time and took a side path between two dead acacias dominated by the thorny bush. The path was dangerous as deviants used to attack and rob passersby. Although he never cared about its danger, he felt a sense of depression then, unlike anything he had experienced before, a feeling that does not fade but increases his chest tightness and heartache. It seemed to him that he had enemies, lurking behind the two acacias in an ambush, even though he never had enemies at all. There are two eyes flashing through the fence indeed, and that is the gleam of a dagger's blade here, and a gun muzzle there. Oh, you fool, Zepeedio, the setting sun is the one teasing you in this way. It seemed that the cooing of the dove, the singing of the blackbird, and the chirping of the crickets at dawn were mocking him with their indifferent melodies. Nature itself is laughing, even the delicate veins of the plants and poisonous herbs dance with the evening breezes: everything enjoys its joy, even the shadows stretch towards the peaks to hide after the longest possible time; but you, oh human, only tear your heart with your own teeth. The enemy is within you, while you mistakenly think it is behind the fence, and all this because you forgot that God wants you to live day by day like the sky's bird and the field's plant.
