Empty, author: Todd Henry

Empty yourself of all the good inside you.. hand it over before you leave.. At the beginning of the book, Todd Henry explains how he was inspired by the idea of his book, saying: During a business meeting, an American manager asked the attendees: What is the richest land in the world? Someone answered: The Gulf countries rich in oil. Another added: Diamond mines in Africa. The manager then said: No, it is the graveyard! Yes, the graveyard is the richest land in the world; because millions of people have gone there (meaning died) carrying many valuable ideas that never saw the light and no one benefited from them. This answer inspired Todd Henry to write his wonderful book "Be Empty," in which he exerted his utmost effort to motivate people to empty out the ideas and latent energies in their communities and turn them into something tangible before it's too late. The best thing Todd Henry said in his book: "Don't go to your grave carrying your best inside you, always choose to die empty." Pamela Salim says: In this incredible book, Todd reminds us that the world will not change by what we want to create, but by what we have accomplished. Life is short. Learn how to die empty.
