Product description

In the novel "Why Do Birds Die" by the Frenchman Victor Pouché, there is a single story moving within three overlapping circles: the story of the young man "Pouché" who hears about the fall of dead bird rains in different areas of the region where he was born, and he rushes to investigate the matter, atonement for an old sin. Then the circumstances of the fall of bird rains, which are mysterious circumstances, for which the author dedicates captivating chapters that transcend time. And finally, the story of the Day of Resurrection or the end of times, which is a narrative line the author deliberately raises, while at the same time raising a finger of accusation in the face of humanity, saying that it "lost the virtue of patience." Through this plot, Victor Pouché reconstructs the pieces of his lost childhood and confused youth in two images: a dystopia of the imminent end of the world, and then a utopia believing in the possibility of humanity's salvation from its sins if it believes in the right to error. And while this novel raises the slogan "The sky no longer accommodates everyone," it offers the reader, through its embedded satire, an appropriate and ideal recipe, defending the human right to failure. Are we not wandering around our illusions' rocks at the end, believing that we have understood and known everything?! Number of pages: 195
