Product description

Jean Descartes traces in this novel the effects of a lost manuscript written by Maula Mahmoud Bayezidi in the mid-19th century at the request of the Russian consul August Gaba in the city of Erzurum, a manuscript about the history of the Kurds and their culture written to preserve their memory on the shelves of the Russian Academy in Saint Petersburg, but it was lost and with it a piece of memory was lost, and thus the novel becomes a journey to find the lost Kurdish treasure, the treasure of identity and destiny fraught with hardships. And although the manuscript was lost and the memory faded, the fictional imagination breathed life into it, recording history and narrating events that fate wanted to come out of the dungeons. For truth is not always the twin of history and reality, and perhaps supernatural imagination produces a cultural treasure richer in knowledge, embraced by libraries and circulated among generations. Is not creative imagination, according to Jean Descartes, the one that repairs the gaps in history, gap by gap? Number of pages: 190
