Bill and Sebastian, by: Cecil Aubrey 1/2

Billy and Sebastian face problems beyond count. And those problems reach their peak with the arrival of Norbyz, that stranger who claimed to love the mountain and the life of the villagers, so Cesar opened his house to him despite Sebastian's suspicion of him, and Billy's aversion to him. But, soon, the dog's and her owner's intuition will be proven correct, and events reveal a suspicious plot in which the teenager Jan was involved, whose restless spirit suddenly responded to the call of reason, with a mission to tame Billy the dog to secretly cross the border.
