Unknowns, by: Patrick Modiano

The events of the novel "Mojhoolat" by writer Patrick Modiano revolve around three female paintings of three lost girls amidst reality, suffering neglect and the coldness of loneliness and confusion in a vast alienation inside the self and outside it, and they are three women victims of a broken family and severed human relationships, searching for meaning of their existence in life, and the three are looking for a meaning to their lives in broken relationships, not much different from their previous lives. And the loss of these heroines is the loss of the individual in general in an era that excels in duality and illusions of shattered dreams under the wheel of the noisy city, they spend their lives in "confusion," and a lack of all meaning of intimacy, and emotional human unity, women isolated, savage, living in psychological seclusion away from any communication, and it is difficult to penetrate them, touch them, and reach their decision, they do not know the meaning of their existence nor the meaning of existence altogether, and they have no explanation or question about the meaning of life, and how to seize living in it, they do not know what they want, and what their goals are.
