The meaning is in the science of terminology

The book "Meaning in Terminology Science" by Henry Bejwan and Philippe Tuaroun, published by the Arab Organization for Translation. This book addresses the problematic of meaning in terminology science, and tackles issues related to the relationship between the term and the word, and how to determine the meaning of terms, and the boundaries that separate specialized languages from the common language. It confirms to the reader the emergence of an innovative terminological research pattern based on exploiting corpora, especially those that are multilingual. Thus, the new terminology science is characterized by its methods and purposes from the traditional approach, and tends to be descriptive rather than normative, thereby, from now on, falling within a clear linguistic-linguistic approach.
