Product description

Hajazi chooses the Arab human to present a practical study sample for the concept of the wasted human. He sees in this regard that psychology in the Arab world is very deficient in addressing many of the critical and existential issues of the Arab human. Mustafa Hajazi's book "The Wasted Human" was issued by the Arab Cultural Center as part of distinguished psychology books. A brief about the wasted human The issue of human waste is presented in multiple forms, levels, and colors: starting with blood waste, criminalization, prohibition, negation, and exile inside and outside the homeland, and tyranny and its mechanisms of control over behavior and taming of living energies, passing through the waste of thought, awareness, youth, and institutions, and ending with the various forms of existential waste in daily life. This waste, which may reach the level of ontological illness, makes every discussion about democracy and development a trivial matter as long as the fundamental and binding condition has not been met, which is the recognition of the human as a value, status, immunity, capabilities, and awareness. Every person in our world has a share of waste that varies in shape and amount, which hampers or obstructs the project of building a quality of life and shaping the future. The general goal of this work is to raise awareness of the apparent and hidden cases of waste and to uncover their mechanisms, as a necessary step to confront them and to undertake the task of reclaiming the human dignity of humans. It presents, for this purpose, an anti-waste perspective based on positive thinking and positive feelings towards the self, serving the power of capability and the psychological state. This work is far from comprehensiveness in the issues it raises, and it is also far from providing definitive answers. Its main ambition is to initiate a mechanism of thinking, dialogue, critique, negation, and opening new avenues of research, leading to insight and reflection.
