Product description

Can a book save a child? A difficult question to answer in a time when childhood has become threatened, a time when the child is either orphaned, homeless, or hungry, with no law to protect him, no countries to shelter him, no education to obtain, and no safe place to play. In this situation, what can we, the tribe of the pen, do to face even a little of this chaos? We can write.. because writing once saved us, and before that, we were ignorant of the difference between pain and feeling it and living with it, between ignorance itself and realizing the severity of sheltering under it.. From here, the idea of this book was born, as 32 writers put their efforts into the pen and wrote for our children, directing their messages in which they choose a child to address, talking to him about what writing can do, and what knowledge can save, telling him about beauty in the folds of new information, and about the passion that forms with questions in every line.. For this purpose, the Arab House for Science Publishers in Beirut adopted the idea of publishing and distributing the book, and will also handle its promotion, in addition to what the participating writers will do to promote it through social networks and media outlets. The profits will be allocated to fund the education of Arab children victims of conflicts and wars in the region, with communication established through the house with one of the specialized Arab institutions to oversee this matter. This book is addressed to all of us, rulers and servants, rich and poor; so let us read it with love as we love our children.
