Introduction: The Arab magazine has been preparing a file for its current issue for months, and today it is issued amid high cracks and repercussions sweeping the international scene, beyond the two poles and behind the scenes of monitoring and elevating other poles, ensuring a tangled and confused fabric of polarizations and alliances and factions of influence, which overall indicates a labor pain that will lead to the emergence of international poles and the decline of others, and thus a fragmentary map of global centers of power. The law of God, His creation and universe: fundamentally leads to the fact that the only constant is the system of human life and transformation, and the stories of history about civilizations, powers, and nations that prospered then perished are only confirmation of the idea of continuous transformation. Economic powers from time to time go through stages of high growth followed by sharp decline, as does politics, which is linked to the mindset of the era’s advocates capable of creating impact, changing course, and causing internal and external shifts, not to mention strategic thinking far ahead, which is part of the research and think tank systems targeting future prediction over decades and planning accordingly. The new era of human life is linked to a tool that may have an impact equivalent to military power, a digital and programming action tool, and the digital civilization system. At the level of production and control over applications and data, the countries within whose framework information technology and communication companies operate are among the current centers of international influence. The battlefield is represented by the cyber space, which when targeted by digital armies of a state, causes electronic paralysis that renders it incapable of doing anything, and makes its national security systems outside the scope of work. No health system, hospitals, or medical facilities, no schools or universities, no aviation, flights, transportation, and general mobility. This new digital player, in my estimation, will be one of the main factors in determining the emergence and images of the centers of power of the old and new world. The coming days are full of more transformations, which we hope will be good for our Arab countries, the world, and humanity wherever they are. In this issue you will read: The reader and cultural action Tibjil Al-Fikr Al-Wardi Features of camel history
