Introduction: There are debates about the terminological concept of both the concept of culture and the concept of civilization, so do they mean the same or does each carry a different context? Certainly, when you return to the rooting processes of each, you will find the extent of divergence and convergence, but in general, and within the framework of the collective mental image, culture and civilization appear to be on a convergent path. This presentation led me to the current issue of the Arab magazine on the handling and human action regarding the natural given, animals, plants, and water surfaces, including plant and animal life and environmental resources. Is caring for them a matter of cultural weight or a civilizational appearance? The reality is that it is a mixture of cultural activity and civilizational identity, and with them, the true civilizational and cultural extent of a nation, people, or homeland is measured. Specialists talk about pollution ratios that may destroy crops and generations over the years due to human encroachment on nature’s resources, followed by calls from those concerned about the rights of living beings on Earth, and not least, innate human voices that demand the preservation of natural beauty, animals, plants, and aquatic life, which are the eyes of humans and with which their spirits become familiar. In this context, global and Arab efforts worthy of respect and appreciation emerge, including, for example, what the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia initiated by establishing a number of royal reserves to deepen and broaden the concept of environmental and natural culture, followed by the launch of the Saudi Green Initiative and the Middle East Green Initiative, not to mention the industrial trend toward green hydrogen, environmentally friendly. The individual will remains responsible for rising to their role toward nature, the environment, and its creatures and resources, and no official action will be effective without a conscious, active, and genuine response from individuals. Therefore, the matter of appreciating the environmental giver and caring for natural rights is linked to the level of culture that reflects the framework of civilization among individuals, peoples, nations, and states. Welcome to the Arab magazine’s file on environmental and natural culture. In this issue, you will read about: the idea of the life of Wuzan Al-Sabiqi... the chargé d'affaires in Egypt; the highest pole in the tree of the Earth's code; the Tapline... the line of memory, development, and transformations; Ibn Sina and the rush of Al-Jabiri; Al-Jawatha Mosque in Al-Ahsa.
