Introduction: The issue of values provokes endless debate, starting with framing the boundaries of the term and its connotation, passing through what is moral and what is not, and ending with the behavior or the moral practice differing from it. For this reason, moral issues based on meanings and symbolism, such as the issue of values, always have a general consensus, through which practices harmonize to achieve a form of reconciliation and harmony between people, nations, and civilizations, within contexts that are more understood than written or precisely defined. Meanwhile, problems, disagreements, and differences occur when that bridge of shared understanding is shaken, leading to battles over the victory of the value and the deep symbolism that has been assaulted or transgressed by one party or another. The above description accurately diagnoses the cultural and symbolic value conflict between the value system on one hand, and the non-value system on the other. This happened when the harmony bridge between the cultural identity represented by the Eastern value system was shaken, in contrast to some powers, decision-making centers, and trend-setting entities within the Western cultural system, in an attempt to universalize and spread a culture that sees no limits to the idea of freedom, even if it exceeds the principles of sound human instinct. The confrontation to reject this non-moral approach, which also aims to target the value and cultural systems of other peoples and nations, materialized in the form of media, journalistic, and intellectual rejection from multiple parties and cultures. However, the actual confrontation was represented by the official Saudi stance through two paths: The first economic, where directives were issued to withdraw the license to practice activity in the Saudi market from any entity, company, or institution that promotes deviance or any meaning contrary to the values, identity, and Arab-Islamic moderate culture of the Kingdom, which is free from extremism, fanaticism, and decadence; The second political, when Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman — may God preserve him — stated in his speech to President Biden and a group of world leaders during the summit recently hosted by the Kingdom: (... Our noble values, which we are proud of and will not abandon, and we hope the world respects them, just as we respect other values to enhance our partnerships and serve our region and the world). This position was further confirmed by the Saudi Foreign Minister’s speech during the Arab summit in Algeria, attended on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz — may God preserve him, in the presence of the French President: (We emphasize here our pride in our values derived from our tolerant Islamic Sharia and our authentic Arab culture, which we will not relinquish, nor allow others to impose their values on us. And since we respect the values and cultures of others, we hope others will respect that). This confrontation reveals the depth of the malfunction and the severity of the danger, necessitating an organized global movement to confront the encroachment of the absence of values, which unrestrained liberal parties seek to internationalize and spread, without regard for the values of peoples, the identity of nations, and the right of others, whatever they may be, to retain their deep and precious symbolic meanings, for which they are fully prepared to defend and warn against approaching. Welcome to the deep symbolic values.
