Illusions of the mind - Adel Mustafa

There is nothing worse than glorifying error. When foolishness is deified, that is a calamity that befalls the mind. In this foolishness, some modern thinkers were immersed, and with extreme negligence, they tried to establish a natural philosophy based on the first chapter of Genesis, the Book of Job, and other parts of the Bible, thus seeking the dead among the living. Such foolishness must be stopped and suppressed with all strength, for from this unhealthy mixture of human and divine does not only emerge an illusory philosophy, but also a heretical religion. Therefore, the head of wisdom and balance is to give faith what is for faith, and not to add. Francis Bacon, third edition, year of publication: 2016, cover type: paperback, size: 21 × 14
