Took empty - Tood Henry

Todd Henry was inspired to write his book while attending a business meeting, when an American manager asked the attendees: What is the richest land in the world? One person replied: The Gulf countries rich in oil. Another added: Diamond mines in Africa. The manager then said: No, it is the graveyard! Yes, the graveyard is the richest land in the world; because millions of people have gone to it (meaning died) carrying many valuable ideas that never saw the light and no one benefited from them except the grave in which they were buried. This answer inspired Todd Henry to write his wonderful book "Die Empty," in which he did his best to motivate people to empty out the ideas and latent energies in their communities and turn them into something tangible before it's too late. The most beautiful thing Todd Henry said in his book is: Never go to your grave carrying the best of what you have inside; always choose to die empty.
