There is also the forest and pine trees and the homeland of the foxes and seagulls, seagulls we did not know existed... Presented as stronger even than the human himself, seagulls were found in a special way by Zolfo, I can call it Zolfian, as it differs from others in novels or anywhere else. The grocer has a disabled son, but we do not know until the end of the novel whether he is disabled or not. If this boy were not in the novel, this novel would not have been as wonderful as it is. The novel also has a tragic side; if it were in another novel, it would have taken a larger share. Zolfo created astonishing dimensions and possibilities in this novel. Everything fits with each other. There is a noble saying in literature: "Enter through the big door." This means the great author Zolfo entered with this novel through the big door...
