How folic acid works in the treatment of anemia

• Anemia caused by a deficiency of folic acid in the blood. Folic acid helps your body make red blood cells.

• Help you meet your nutritional needs and support your daily health and wellness
• Used in the prevention and treatment of anemia caused by malnutrition, food misabsorption or increased need for folic acid in the body (as in pregnancy)

 

How to Use Volvet Tablets

• Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist told you.
• Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.
• Dosage: In normal cases, one tablet with some fluids during or after eating or as directed by the doctor.
• Doses can be changed in special circumstances, so always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
• If you are taking too much medication, talk to your doctor or go to the hospital right away.
• If you forget to take the dose, take it as soon as you remember it unless it is time for the next dose
• Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for a forgotten dose.

 

Side Effects of Fulvet Tablets

• Although the following side effects are not common to everyone, some patients may complain about the following:

1. constipation,
2. diarrhoea
3. Stomach upset
4. Nausea
