- Wash your hands before preparing baby formula.
- Wash the bottle or cup, nipple and cover well so that there is no milk left.
- Bring to a boil for five minutes. Leave covered, until use.
- Boil the drinking water for five minutes. Let it cool.
- Pour the exact amount of lukewarm water into the bottle or cup.
- Use only a ladle from this container. The powder should be flattened.
- Check the feeding table, add the exact number of level scoops.
- Stir the contents of the cup or shake the covered bottle well until the formula is completely dissolved.
