Request for reconsideration

A service that allows parties to the case to request reconsideration of final judgments in specific cases such as the appearance of new facts or documents that affect the issued judgment. Service requirements: - If the judgment was based on papers that appeared after the judgment to be forged, or based on a testimony from the competent authority after the judgment that it was a false testimony - If the applicant obtained decisive papers in the case after the judgment and was unable to present them before the judgment - If there was fraud by the opponent that could influence the judgment - If the judgment ordered something that the parties did not request or ordered more than they asked for - If the wording of the judgment contradicts itself - If the judgment was in absentia - If the judgment was issued against someone who was not properly represented in the case And the person who considers the judgment as proof against him and was not involved or intervened in the case has the right to request reconsideration of final judgments.
