Conditions for the comprehensive qualification registration service: - The applicant's age must not exceed 45 years when experiencing a disability. - The applicant must be registered with the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. - The applicant must have an assessment indicating their disability and submit documents confirming this. - The applicant must be one of the beneficiaries of the services and shelter programs offered by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. - The applicant suffers from disabilities related to support through the comprehensive qualification program. - The applicant's nationality must be Saudi, and they must have full residence within the Kingdom. - The applicant's income must not exceed four thousand Saudi riyals.
