Authorization to drive a vehicle

Service description: An electronic service that allows the customer to add a delegate to drive their vehicle domestically or abroad. Service requirements: Vehicle insurance, valid periodic vehicle inspection, payment of fees, an active account in Absher for the delegate and the delegated.
