Creating a marriage contract

Service description: Service of creating an electronic marriage contract, starting with entering the beneficiary's data and all parties, then submitting the request and authenticating it by all parties to the contract, and then completing its approval by the marriage registrar to issue the marriage contract document. Service requirements: - A medical examination for Saudis only. - Providing supporting documents according to the electronic service form requirements. - Providing the electronic divorce document number if the wife is divorced, or providing a copy of the paper divorce deed. - If the woman is widowed, the heir documentation number must be provided if electronic, or a copy of the inheritance deed if paper. - Providing data of the parties to the marriage contract "husband – wife – guardian of the wife – or agents for them – witnesses". - All parties and witnesses must be over 18 years old, and if the husband or wife is under 18, a court-issued early marriage approval document is required. - A verified mobile number in "Absher" for all parties. - The woman's guardianship must follow the legal order of guardianship, and proof of transfer of guardianship from the father to another must be attached. - A valid power of attorney if the applicant is an agent, or attach the external agency after it is authenticated by the Ministry of Justice. - If the documents are issued outside the Kingdom, they must be authenticated by the Ministry of Justice, and if the applicant is an agent under an external agency, verification is required; if not verified, the agency must be attached to the request.
