The applicant's salary must not exceed the eligibility threshold. Requirements for the Citizen Account registration service A copy of the national ID card of the applicant. A scanned copy of their national address. An active mobile phone for the customer wishing to register for the Citizen Account. An IBAN number for the applicant’s bank account, valid and active. Review the number of dependents and their details in detail. A document proving the income of the head of the family and dependents.
