Electronic property transfer

A service that allows the owner to transfer their real estate ownership to the buyer without the need to visit the Notary Public, and 24/7. Service requirements: - The property deed must be without any restrictions (such as endowment, mortgage, reservation, for example). - The deed must be electronic. - The plot numbers mentioned in the deed must be located in approved plans from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs. - The ownership transfer should include the entire deed.
